近年来,江苏省镇江市着力把制度建设作为惩防体系建设的核心内容,坚持以“行得通、管得住、用得好”为原则开展制度建设。坚持“针对问题、提出办法、简便易行、注重效果”的工作思路,围绕公共权力运行的制约监督这一重点,加大制度创新力度,提高制度的执行力。坚持“课题引路、项目承载、典型示范、问责保证”的工作方法,试点先行,以点带面,逐步推开,在全市形成了多层次、全方位推进制度建设的工作格局,不断提高反腐倡廉建设科学化水平。
