MS980是新型实用的马氏体先进高强钢,可用于生产冷弯方管。残余应力是方管的一项重要指标。应用X射线衍射方法对MS980冷弯方管的周向残余应力进行了测量,分析了周向残余应力在方管各个部位的分布情况,探讨了方管内角的残余应力,并研究了不同的圆角半径、热轧板和冷轧板、不同的成形工艺及酸洗时间对方管的周向残余应力分布的差异。研究结果表明,方管外表面的周向残余应力在角部是压应力,在直边的分布是拉应力。圆角半径、板料类型、工艺方式对残余应力的分布都有显著影响,而常规的酸洗对残余应力的影响较小。
MS980 is a new and practical martensitic advanced high-strength steel that can be used to produce cold-formed square tubes. Residual stress is an important indicator of square tube. The circumferential residual stress of the cold-formed square tube of MS980 was measured by X-ray diffraction. The distribution of residual stress in the circumferential direction of the square tube was analyzed. The residual stress in the square tube was discussed. Corner radius, hot-rolled plate and cold-rolled plate, different forming process and pickling time of the circumferential direction of the residual stress distribution of the difference. The results show that the circumferential residual stress of the outer surface of the square tube is compressive at the corner and the tensile stress at the straight edge. The fillet radius, the type of sheet material and the technological process have a significant influence on the residual stress distribution, while the conventional pickling has less influence on the residual stress.
