作为具有行业背景的应用型大学,有责任也有优势培养企业需要的管理型高级会计人才,在这个前提下,本文介绍了我校会计学硕士研究生培养方案的主要内容和设计思路,提出培养目标应该建立在培养“完整的人”的基础上,应以会计学科的特点、会计职业的标准、企业对人才的要求为依据,突出行业特色,构建科学的课程体系,尊重学生个性,培养学生具备广阔的视野和知识面、较高的智力技能和研究、创新能力,同时切实掌握专业技术工具和应用技能,能够解决实际工作中的问题,以胜任企业价值管理实务或研究工作。
