本文对颈舒胶囊镇痛、抗炎及活血化瘀等药理作用进行研究。结果表明:该药对小鼠耳肿胀、血管通透性增加均有明显的抑制作用;可显著对抗醋酸刺激、热板刺激引起的小鼠疼痛;还能明显降低急性血瘀模型大鼠的全血比粘度、全血还原粘度、血浆比粘度、红细胞聚集指数,并能抑制大鼠ADP诱导的血小板聚集功能。
This article studied the pharmacological effects of Jingshu capsules such as analgesia, anti-inflammatory and blood circulation. The results showed that the drug had significant inhibitory effects on ear swelling and vascular permeability in mice; it significantly inhibited the pain caused by acetic acid stimulation and hot plate stimulation in mice; it also significantly reduced the whole blood stasis model rats. Blood viscosity, whole blood reduced viscosity, plasma specific viscosity, erythrocyte aggregation index, and can inhibit ADP-induced platelet aggregation in rats.
