机械呼吸是指借助机械呼吸器进行的辅助或控制呼吸,它不仅应用于麻醉期间的呼吸管理,更广泛地应用于多种原因引起的呼吸衰竭的治疗,在重危病人的抢救中起着重要的作用。我院从1977年5月起应用国产SC型呼吸器,在机械呼吸期间配合以血液酸硷和气体分析进行监护。为了弄清通气量和气道阻力、呼吸频率、呼吸气时间比值(下称呼吸比)之间的关系,还进行了实验观察。现结合实验与临床资料对机械呼吸通气量的掌握以及酸硷内稳失常问题进行初步探讨,供同道参考。
