在居民住宅楼中,居民一般都比较注意自家居室内的防火,而往往忽视楼梯、过道、走廊、垃圾道等一些公共设施的防火。事实上住宅楼的公共设施也有发生火灾的危险,而且更应注意。平时应做到: 1、居委会应对住宅楼的居民进行经常性的安全防火教育和公共道德教育,使居民在做好自家居室内防火的同时,也要做好公共设施的防火,制定防火公约,督促居民遵守、执行。 2、楼梯、过道、走廊、楼门出口等部位不得堆放物品以及存放自行车,以保持畅通无阻。
