对于含硅高的样品,用重量法测定,准确度虽较高,但需铂金皿,且弗时太长,不能适应生产的需要。比色法快速简单,对炉前生产虽有一定指导意义,然而准确度较差,亦不能令人满意。氟硅酸钾法自1862年提出,已有不少资料介绍,方法优点很多。针对我厂生产实际情况,我们对该法进行验证,确定了测定高硅的条件,制定出硅铁、硅锰等合金中硅的分析方法,在长期生产实践应用中得到了较为满意的效果。

Potassium fluorosilicate method since 1862 proposed a lot of information has been introduced, the method has many advantages. According to the actual situation in our factory, we verified the method, determined the conditions for the determination of high silicon, and developed the method for the analysis of silicon in ferrosilicon, silicomanganese and other alloys, which achieved satisfactory results in long-term production practice.
