攀枝花钢铁公司是我国自行设计,自制设备的大型钢铁企业,作者从攀枝花钢铁公司的实际出发,论述了如何把从严治厂与充分发挥职工的主人翁作用有机地结合起来。作者认为,只有坚持从严治厂,促内部强化管理,才能有效地发挥出职工的积极性和创造性,促进生产建设蓬勃发展。首先,把“严”字建立在职工群众的集体意志基础上,充分体现决策民主;其次,在严格管理中坚持四条原则,做到严中有“法”,严中有“情”;第三,以现场贯章贯制为重点,以实现各项规章制度的执行率和考核率,严肃对违纪、违章、违制人员的查处。
