目的为了解湖北地区育龄妇女TORCH感染情况及其流行特点。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验(Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,ELISA)对武汉大学人民医院2013年8月至2014年7月2 760例孕妇血清同时进行TORCH(TOX、RV、CMV、HSV I和HSV II)Ig M和Ig G检测。结果孕妇TORCH-Ig M阳性率分别为0.14%、0.54%、1.05%、0.25%、0.14%,CMV-Ig M最高(P<0.05),其次是RV-Ig M(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义;TORCH-Ig G阳性率分别为8.44%、94.24%、96.27%、91.38%、17.86%,CMV-Ig G最高(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。乡村组TOX-Ig G、HSV II-Ig G阳性率高于城区组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。单项感染41例,复合感染9例,分别占总感染数82%、18%。各季节总TORCH感染率无统计学差异,TOX、RV、CMV感染率各个季节差异不大(P>0.05),HSV I和II型感染率春季最高(P<0.05)。结论TORCH-Ig M感染率与季节有关,提示孕妇和医疗人员需提高对TORCH感染的季节性认识;同时对孕妇进TORCH-Ig M/Ig G检测,可及时了解孕妇TORCH感染情况,尽早采取方法和措施,对人口的优生优育具有重要意义。
Objective To understand the prevalence and prevalence of TORCH in women of childbearing age in Hubei Province. Conclusion The infection rate of TORCH-Ig M is related to the season, suggesting that pregnant women and medical staff need to improve the seasonal understanding of TORCH infection. Meanwhile, TORCH-Ig M / Ig G test can be used to detect TORCH infection in pregnant women in time. And measures, the population of eugenics is of great significance.
