针对河北省和沧州地区水资源的严重不足,提出了“节水型吨粮田”的研究计划,目标是比现行吨粮田节省灌溉用水100m3。通过对冬小麦现行灌溉制度的分析认为,目前的春季三水制麦田,其弊端是过分强调通过灌溉实现产量目标,忽视土壤水的作用。为此,将提高土壤水分利用率作为突破口,改变现行春季三水制麦田以消耗灌溉水为主的耗水结构,形成以消耗土壤水为主的新的耗水结构,实现春灌一水亩产400kg的总目标。
