从文化程度及学习能力、经验阅历、经营管理能力、社会关系能力、政治关系能力、合作协调能力等6个方面,构建了林业专业合作社理事长能力的评价指标体系;采用层次分析法确定各个度量指标及其权重后,运用该指标体系对福建省68家林业合作社理事长的能力进行评价。结果表明,各个地区合作社理事长能力水平呈现一定同质性,而受教育年限、社会关系网络规模、私人朋友中政府人员数、私人朋友中企业老板人数、合作社成员数量在不同地区的均值有显著差异。
The evaluation index system of the capacity of director of cooperatives in forestry was constructed from six aspects: education in culture and ability in learning, experience in management, ability in management and operation, ability in social relations, ability in political relations and cooperation and coordination. The AHP method was used to determine each measure Indicators and their weights, the use of the index system to assess the capacity of 68 forestry cooperatives in Fujian Province. The results show that the competence of cooperative directors in each region shows a certain degree of homogeneity. However, the average years of education, social network, personal friends in government, the number of business owners in private friends and the number of cooperative members in different regions are significant difference.
