功能失调性子宫出血(以下简称功血)是妇科常见病,经适当的治疗,多数可恢复月经周期,或平顺地进入经绝期。少数育龄或更年期妇女,常因久治不愈或贫血严重而做了子宫切除术。我院自1982年2月至1987年6月,因功血做子宫切除者共42例。本文仅从病理组织学检查,对功血的诊断做初步探讨,同时对治疗方法提出讨论。
Dysfunctional uterine bleeding (hereinafter referred to as dysfunctional uterine bleeding) is a gynecological common disease, the appropriate treatment, most can resume the menstrual cycle, or smoothly into the menstrual period. A small number of women of childbearing age or menopause, often due to prolonged healing or anemia and did a hysterectomy. In our hospital from February 1982 to June 1987, a total of 42 cases of hysterectomy due to blood work. This article only from histopathological examination, the diagnosis of dysfunctional uterine bleeding to do a preliminary discussion, at the same time to discuss the treatment.
