目的 研究小剂量敌百虫 (Dip)对不同小鼠被动回避行为活动的影响。方法 应用正常及反复脑缺血再灌注模型鼠 ,采用避暗试验和跳台试验进行行为检测。结果 避暗试验表明 ,Dip(2 .75 11mg .kg 1,ip ,Bid× 7天 )对正常小鼠的行为活动有一定的促进作用 ;跳台试验表明 (5~ 11mg .kg 1,ip ,Bid× 7天 )对反复脑缺血再灌小鼠行为活动有明显的改善作用。结论 小剂量Dip对小鼠的被动回避行为有一定的促进和改善作用 ,其机制可能与增加脑部乙酰胆碱含量有关。
Objective To study the effect of low doses of dipterex on passive avoidance behavior in different mice. Methods The normal and repeated cerebral ischemia-reperfusion model rats were used to conduct behavioral tests using dark-avoidance test and jump-table test. Results The dark-avoidance test showed that Dip (2.75 mg / kg, ip, Bid × 7 days) had a certain promotion effect on the behavioral activity of normal mice. The step-down test showed that (5 ~ 11 mg.kg 1, ip, × 7 days) on the behavior of mice with repeated cerebral ischemia and reperfusion have a significant improvement. Conclusion The low dose of Dip can promote and ameliorate the passive avoidance behavior in mice. The mechanism may be related to the increase of brain acetylcholine content.
