未来的21世纪,只有具有自信心和其它良好心理素质的人,才可能适应发展的社会。自信心是人坚信自己有能力克服困难,取得成功的意志品质。大班幼儿随着年龄的增长,个性品质正处在可塑性较强的时期。目前,大多数父母只重视培养幼儿的智力而不重视心理素质的培养,许多幼儿会以很快的速度做出算术题、背出数首诗歌,而当老师委托他为全班小朋友带操、带头做游戏或完成其它任务时,幼儿就面露难色,犹豫不决,有的当时就对老师说:“我不会,我不行。”
