目的:做好手术室各种物品、器械的消毒灭菌工作,为提高手术质量提供保证。方法:对手术各种物品、器械的灭菌全过程中的温度、时间和压力,进行适时记录跟踪,对包内的指示卡与包外的指示标签粘贴在手术护理记录单上,与病历一起保存;对物品流转的全部过程,进行适时记录和流程跟踪。结果:在预防和控制医院感染它具有非常重要的意义,提高手术质量;是维护患者权益,维护了正常的医疗秩序。结论:在没有条件使用条形码的情况,手工建立手术物品、器械消毒灭菌“质量追溯”档案记录,是预防和控制医院感染的一种既简便又有效的手段。
Objective: To do a good job disinfection and sterilization of various objects and instruments in the operating room to provide guarantee for improving the quality of the operation. Methods: The temperature, time and pressure in the whole process of sterilizing various surgical instruments and instruments were recorded and tracked timely. The instruction cards and the instruction labels outside the package were pasted on the surgical nursing record sheet together with the medical records Save; the entire process of goods circulation, timely recording and process tracking. Results: It is of great importance to prevent and control hospital infection and improve the quality of operation. It is to safeguard patients’ rights and maintain the normal medical order. CONCLUSIONS: The manual establishment of surgical items, the sterilization of instruments and the recording of “quality traceability” records without condition bar codes is a simple and effective means to prevent and control nosocomial infections.
