本文讨论了残余奥氏体对WC-钢复合材料强韧性的影响。结果表明:当此类复合材料的基体组织为回火马氏体与残余奥氏体的混合组织时,其强韧性随着残余奥氏体量的增加而提高。这是由于残余奥氏体量增多,引起断口形貌发生较大变化的缘故。但是,残余奥氏体量愈多,残余奥氏体的含碳量愈高,引起的回火脆性愈严重。残余奥氏体对WC-钢复合材料强韧性的影响,因马氏体状态及应力状态的不同而产生较大的差异。
This paper discusses the effect of retained austenite on the toughness of WC-steel composites. The results show that the toughness of the composites increases with the increase of retained austenite when the matrix microstructure of the composites is tempered martensite and retained austenite. This is due to an increase in the amount of retained austenite that causes a large change in fracture morphology. However, the more the amount of retained austenite, the higher the carbon content of retained austenite, the more severe the temper embrittlement. The effect of retained austenite on the toughness of WC-steel composites is greatly different due to the difference of martensite state and stress state.
