报道了黄斑裂孔性视网膜脱离21例。根据不同的情况采用了四种手术方式并分别进行了讨论。本组一次手术复位率66.7%,二次手术复位率85.7%。就黄斑裂孔性视网膜脱离的成因、术式的选择,复位困难的系列因素进行了初步的探讨。
Reported macular hole retinal detachment in 21 cases. According to different situations using four surgical methods and were discussed separately. The group a surgical reduction rate of 66.7%, the second surgical reduction rate of 85.7%. The causes of macular hole retinal detachment, the choice of surgical procedures, resetting a series of difficulties were discussed.
