啤酒大麦为酿造啤酒的重要原料,随着啤酒工业的发展,要求提供数量多、质量好的啤酒大麦日益迫切。在对品质的要求方面,希望籽粒的蛋白质含量低些,千粒重高些,色浅、发芽率高等,这在农业上就提出如何以高产求数量,以优质,求质量(适合酿造啤酒)的问题。为实现这一目的,除选用适宜的品种以外,还须根据啤酒大麦生育特点采取一定的栽培管理措施。现就啤酒大麦麦季管理的一些问题谈谈看法和体会:
