In order to further promote the archives work of the provincial public security system, the Yunnan Provincial Public Security Department held a site management meeting of the provincial police station on March 15, 2000 at the Public Security Bureau of Guandu District in Kunming. From all over the province Public Security Bureau in charge of file work of the leadership, the police station director and nearly 100 civilian police attended the meeting. The theme of the meeting was: Communicating and Learning the Ministry of Public Security “Public Security Bureau File Management.”
