王晓春名师工作室(第二届)成立于2013年3月,由太仓市教育局统一任命并授牌,一届时间为三年。工作室由一名导师和八名学员组成,导师王晓春是江苏省第四期“333工程”高层次人才培养对象,江苏省特级教师、苏州市名教师、名校长,八名学员分别来自太仓市八所学校,由教育局在全市小学语文骨干教师中选拔产生。工作室成立以来,在每月一次的研修活动中,坚持同伴互助和专家引领相结合,坚持实践探索和理论学习相结合,坚持丰富内化
