目的了解广州市荔湾区花卉市场登革热媒介白纹伊蚊的分布范围和密度,为在同类专业市场制订登革热媒介控制措施提供科学依据。方法于2010年6~12月在花卉市场以房屋指数(House Index,HI)、容器指数(Container Index,CI)、布雷图指数(Breteau Index,BI)调查媒介幼虫密度;以捞取积水容器内蚊幼调查孳生分布情况。结果 HI值最高为35.6,最低为23.6,平均为28.6;CI值最高为12.6,最低为7.1,平均为9.4;BI值最高为55.3,最低为30.9,平均为41.4;密度高峰为10~11月和7月。孳生环境类型10种,水生植物盆、阴生植物盆和种苗盆分别占阳性积水容器数的28.87%、26.76%和17.61%。结论花卉市场登革热媒介白纹伊蚊分布广泛,密度较高,存在登革热大规模流行的可能,必须制订专项综合措施加强媒介控制工作,并向同类专业市场推广。
Objective To understand the distribution range and density of dengue vector Aedes albopictus in Liwan District flower market in Guangzhou and provide a scientific basis for formulating dengue vector control measures in the same professional market. Methods The density of media larvae was investigated in the flower market from June to December 2010 with House Index (HI), Container Index (CI) and Breteau Index (BI) Mosquito breeding investigation of breeding distribution. Results The highest HI value was 35.6 and the lowest was 23.6 with an average of 28.6. The highest CI value was 12.6 and the lowest was 7.1 with an average of 9.4. The highest BI value was 55.3 and the lowest was 30.9 with an average of 41.4 and the highest density was from October to November And July. There were 10 types of environment for breeding, aquatic plants pots, shade plants pots and seed pots accounted for 28.87%, 26.76% and 17.61% of the number of positive water storage containers, respectively. Conclusion In the flower market, the dengue vector Aedes albopictus is widely distributed and highly densified, and there is a possibility of dengue fever epidemic. Special comprehensive measures must be formulated to strengthen the media control and promote it to other specialized markets.
