今年春天,省委秘书长指示我們編写河南省委大事记,以便新来的負责同志了解省委成立以来河南工作的發展情况,并可为省委和省委的負责同志总結工作的参考。我們接受了这一任务。但是由于我們的文化水平低,編写能力差,又無經驗,再加上科內人員少工作多,所以感到很困难。可是我們考虑到这一工作是为了进一步开展档案工作,使档案工作更好地为机关工作服务,又經省委王副秘書長的具体指导,所以就增加了我們的信心。經过四个多月的时间,我們基本上完成了这个任务,已经编出了省委1949—1955年的大事記初稿。現将我們的工作情况和一些体会分述如下。
This spring, the provincial party committee secretary-general instructed us to write the memorabilia of Henan provincial party committee so that the newly arrived responsible comrades could understand the development of Henan’s work since the founding of the provincial party committee and can summarize the work for responsible comrades of the provincial party committee and the provincial party committee reference. We have accepted this task. However, it is very difficult because of our low level of literacy, poor writing skills and lack of experience, coupled with the fact that there are fewer workers in Kone. However, we have taken this task into account in order to further carry out the archival work so that archival work will serve the organs better and with the specific guidance of Deputy Secretary-General Wang of the Provincial Party Committee, thus increasing our confidence. After more than four months, we basically accomplished this task. We have compiled the first draft of the memorabilia of the provincial party committee in 1949-1955. Now our work and some experience are as follows.
