法制、民主是中国特色社会主义制度建构的发展方向和未来模式,这是由于法制、民主的利益博弈机制能很好地处理生产发展与社会发展的关系。生产力的发展是人的发展的基础,在共产主义高度发达的生产力水平之前,社会主义的发展都要处理好生产发展与社会发展(人的发展)的关系,处理好这种关系的关键仍然在于社会主义法制民主。
The legal system and democracy are the development directions and future models for the construction of a socialist system with Chinese characteristics. This is because the legal and democratic interest-gaming mechanism can well handle the relationship between production development and social development. The development of productive forces is the foundation of human development. Before the highly developed level of productive forces in communism, the development of socialism needs to handle the relations between the development of production and social development (human development). The key to handling this relationship still lies in Socialist legal democracy.
