本文对 1,6 -二磷酸果糖 (Fructose- 1,6 - Diphosphate,FDP)进行了 、 、 阶段的毒理学试验 ,结果显示 :急性经口 L D50 >2 1.5g/ kg,属无毒级 ;Ames试验不论加 S- 9与否 ,致突变作用结果为阴性 ;FDP剂量为 2 .15、4 .30、8.6 0、2 1.5g/ kg时 ,均未诱发对小鼠骨髓 PCE的微核率及精子畸形率的增加 ;90天喂养试验 2 .0、5.0、10 .0 g/ kg三个剂量组 ,对大鼠生长发育 ,食物利用率 ,红细胞数 ,白细胞数 ,肝、肾功能 ,脏体比 ,糖、蛋白质及脂肪的代谢均无明显影响 ,大体解剖和病理组织学检查未见明显异常
