对百合自交和杂交授粉过程中花粉在雌蕊上的生长动态进行了荧光观察,并对雌蕊内保护酶和内源激素变化进行了比较分析。结果表明,自交亲和、杂交不亲和授粉均引起了保护酶、内源激素的协同作用,并随花粉萌发生长而变化。高水平的SOD、POD与IAA、GA3和ZR有利于亲和花粉与柱头的识别黏附及萌发(授粉后1~3h),且在此阶段SOD、POD活性变化与IAA、GA3和ZR的合成趋势相似。不亲和授粉雌蕊中ABA始终高于自交授粉,说明高水平的ABA与杂交不亲和授粉相关。
Fluorescence observation of the growth dynamics of pollen on the pistil during selfing and cross pollination of lily was carried out. The changes of the protective enzymes and endogenous hormones in the pistil were comparatively analyzed. The results showed that self-compatibility, hybrid inbreeding and pollination all caused the synergistic effect of protective enzymes and endogenous hormones, and changed with the germination and growth of pollen. High levels of SOD, POD, IAA, GA3 and ZR were favorable for the identification of adherent pollen to stigma and their germination (1-3 h after pollination), and at this stage the trend of SOD, POD activity and IAA, GA3 and ZR similar. ABA in pistils was consistently higher than that in self-pollination, suggesting that high levels of ABA are associated with hybrid inbreeding.
