本文主要通过对20MnSi钢筋(8)挤压接头静力和疲劳试验.探讨影响挤压接头强度的诸因素,从而选择最佳的挤压技术参数和工艺,使挤压接头的疲劳性能大幅度提高。建议的挤压参数和工艺为挤压接头在桥梁工作中广泛,合理的应用提供了基础。
In this paper, the static and fatigue tests of 20MnSi steel (8) extrusion joints are mainly discussed.Through the analysis of the factors that affect the strength of the extrusion joints, the best extrusion technology parameters and process are selected to improve the fatigue performance of the extrusion joints . The proposed extrusion parameters and processes provide the basis for the extensive and rational application of extrusion joints in bridge work.
