本研究采用文献资料法、实验法、数理统计法等研究方法,对衡阳师范学院低体重大学生体质和体型等形态指标进行测量,分析低体重大学生体质体型的表现状况,指出低体重学生在体质体型表现特征、体质体型与低体重存在的相关性、以及低体重学生与正常大学生在体质体型表现状况中存在的差异,为以后衡阳师范学院低体重大学生在体育锻炼中提供有益的帮助。 In this study, the methods of literature, experiment, mathematical statistics and other research methods were used to measure the body constitution and body shape of low-weight undergraduates in Hengyang Normal University, to analyze the body constitution of low-weight undergraduates, and to point out that under- Performance characteristics, physique and body weight with the existence of low weight, as well as the low body weight of students and normal college students in the physical performance of the differences exist for the future of Hengyang Teachers College, low-weight students in physical exercise to provide useful help.
