本文论述了添加微量铝对非合金软钢强度性能所具有的意义,介绍了氧化夹杂物和氮化物的分析测定方法以及利用电子显微镜对夹杂物进行检查的方法。比较详细地讨论了电炉和平炉的熔炼试验,以便得出各种不同脱氧条件对夹杂物的化学成份含量及其形成的影响。文中还提及铝镇静钢中的氮化物对细化晶粒和提高屈服极限的作用。
This paper discusses the significance of the addition of trace aluminum to the strength properties of non-alloyed mild steel. The methods for the analysis and determination of oxidized inclusions and nitrides as well as the methods for the examination of inclusions by means of electron microscopy are introduced. The electric furnace and open hearth melting test were discussed in detail in order to find out the influence of various deoxidation conditions on the chemical composition and the formation of inclusions. The article also mentions the effect of nitrides in Al killed steel on grain refinement and yield enhancement.
