免疫组化是用已知抗体或抗原检测组织细胞中相应未知抗原或抗体的一门新技术,具有方法统一、敏感性高、特异性强等优点,能将形态、机能和代谢密切结合起来,已广泛用于临床病理诊断及其相关学科的研究。免疫组化染色的成败与组织切片中抗原的妥善保存及抗原恢复方法有着十分密切的关系。现将近年来我们在免疫组化染色中遇到影响抗原保存的因素及恢复抗原性的方法介绍如下,供同道参考:
