测定了西藏、成都各14只自内障晶体中光合产物含量,发现西藏自内障患者所受的累积日照时与晶体光合产物含量呈正相关,且其平均年龄小于成都组7.33岁时,晶体光合产物的含量已达到与成都组相当的水平。本文还测定了西藏、成都两地各30只白内障晶体及18只成都正常晶体中6-磷酸葡萄糖脱氢酶(G-6PD)活性,发现西藏白内障晶体G-6-PD 活性下降,呈男性重于女性的特征,可能与遗传及紫外线照射有关。
The contents of photosynthetic products in 14 crystal bodies from Tibet and Chengdu were determined. It was found that there was a positive correlation between the photosynthetic products and the photosynthetic products in Tibet during the accumulated sunshine from the cataract patients, and the average age was less than that of the Chengdu group at 7.33 years. The content of the product has reached the level of Chengdu group. In this paper, we also measured the activity of G-6PD in 30 cataract crystals and 18 normal crystals in Chengdu of Tibet and Chengdu, and found that the activity of G-6-PD in Tibet cataract crystals was decreased The characteristics of women, may be related to genetic and ultraviolet radiation.
