研究了不同热处理温度和热处理时间对聚丙烯(PP)结晶结构和力学性能的影响。结果表明:热处理对PP球晶分布、晶粒尺寸影响不大;退火处理使PP晶格参数略为下降;在90℃以上,随着热处理温度的提高,PP的结晶度不断增大;随热处理时间的延长,PP的结晶度先增大后趋于稳定;随热处理温度的提高和热处理时间的延长,PP拉伸强度提高,屈服强度增大,弹性模量增大,断裂伸长率和静力韧度下降,其变化规律与结晶度的变化相对应。
The effects of different heat treatment temperature and heat treatment time on the structure and mechanical properties of polypropylene (PP) were studied. The results show that the heat treatment has little effect on the spherulite distribution and grain size. The annealing temperature decreases the lattice parameter of PP slightly. At above 90 ℃, the crystallinity of PP increases with the increase of heat treatment temperature. With the increase of heat treatment time , The crystallinity of PP first increases and then tends to be stable. With the increase of heat treatment temperature and the prolongation of heat treatment time, the PP tensile strength increases, the yield strength increases, the elastic modulus increases, the elongation at break and static force Toughness declines, the variation of which corresponds to the change of crystallinity.
