目的建立紫外分光光度法测定山楂西洋参疏肝口崩片中山楂总黄酮的含量。方法以芦丁为对照品,以亚硝酸钠、硝酸铝及氢氧化钠为显色剂,测定波长为500nm。结果在0.01406~0.0703mg/ml范围内芦丁的吸收度和浓度线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.43%,(RSD<3%,n=9)。结论本方法操作简便,灵敏度高,重现性好,能准确测定山楂西洋参疏肝口崩片中山楂总黄酮的含量。
Objective To establish a UV spectrophotometric method for the determination of total flavonoids in Hawthorn, Panax quinquefolium, Shugan Orally Disintegrating Tablets. Methods Rutin was used as the reference substance. Sodium nitrite, aluminum nitrate and sodium hydroxide were used as color reagents. The wavelength was 500 nm. Results The absorbance and concentration of rutin in the range of 0.01406-0.0703 mg/ml showed a good linear relationship (r=0.9999). The average recovery was 99.43% (RSD<3%, n=9). Conclusion This method is simple, sensitive and reproducible. It can accurately determine the content of total flavonoids in Fructus Crataegi in Chinese Herbs.
