基础教育课程改革倡导的是“以人为本”、“以发展为本”的教育理念。其中,实现教学方式和学习方式的转变,关注学生的学习过程,促进学生创新意识与实践能力的发展是新课程的重要目标之一。具体落实到数学课堂中就应体现这样的基本理念:即突出基础性、普及性和发展性,使数学教育面向全体学生,实现“人人学有价值的数学,人人都能获得必需的数学,不同的人在数学上得到不同的发展”这样的发展目标。作为教师在教学中如何实现这个目标呢?
