Rob Grimshaw, CEO of the Financial Times Network, holds a bachelor’s degree in philosophy and politics from Warwick University and is responsible for the commercial operations of the Financial Times Network and the new media developments in the Financial Times. As one of the keynote speakers, he was invited to give a speech at Cambridge University for delegates from the Sino-British Media Summit to introduce how the Financial Times can make the transition from traditional media to emerging media and how to exploit new media advantages to develop paid reading modes. As soon as the speech ended, Rob Grimshaw accepted our interview with Hercules. He stressed that in a changing world, we must always abide by the principle of constant innovation and stay ahead.
