To create a world-class Internet company, we need to go through the collective discussion and deliberation of the management of Tencent Company from “big” to “small”. We decided to adjust the organizational structure of the company so as to welcome the greater future of Tencent Development Opportunities. This is yet another company-level organizational restructuring of Tencent since 2005. It reflects the company’s thinking about the changes in the market structure both now and in the coming years.
