江苏省句容县铜山钼铜矿2~#矿体,含有硅质角岩和碳质页岩等含碳易浮脉石,严重影响分选效果,导致产晶质量下降,铜、钼精矿均得不到合格产品。国内外对含碳铜钼矿石的分选工艺,多年来进行过较多的研究,尚未取得技术上的突破,是属于选别难度较大的矿石。江苏冶金研究所与铜山钼铜矿自1980年起经过三年时间的共同努力,从查明碳质物的特性及与脉石共生关系的基础上,采用“铜钼混合精矿加入次氯酸的精选,铜钼分离后钼精矿再磨,分段开路排除易浮含碳脉石”的浮选工艺流程,取得了较为显著的效果:(1)能选出
