全面预算管理作为一种有效的预算管理方式,正逐渐成为施工企业不可缺少的重要管理模式。本文首先阐述施工企业实施全面预算管理的意义,然后分析其中存在的问题,最后结合实际提出解决的对策。
As an effective budget management method, total budget management is gradually becoming an indispensable and important management mode for construction enterprises. This paper firstly elaborates the significance of construction enterprises in implementing comprehensive budget management, then analyzes the existing problems and finally puts forward some countermeasures according to the actual situation.
