本文叙述一种采用贯穿磨削法加工锥形棒料的无心磨床。加工时工件向着导轮与磨削轮间的送料口送进,通过排料口排出。在此过程中专用回转机构使两轮彼此相对绕着靠近送料口的回转轴线在枢轴上转动。此相对转动与工件的贯穿进给运动成同步关系,因而在设定时间内调节两轮间排料口间距的大小,能控制排出工件的最后直径。所以,通过两轮恰当的同步运动,便能使工件沿着其轴线获得不同的横截面直径。
This article describes a centerless grinding machine that uses conical bar stock through a grinding process. When processing the workpiece toward the guide wheel and the grinding wheel feed port feed, discharge through the discharge port. In this process, the special slewing mechanism pivots the wheels relative to each other about the axis of rotation near the feed opening. This relative rotation is in synchronization with the through feed movement of the workpiece, so that the distance between the discharge openings of the two wheels can be adjusted within a set time to control the final diameter of the discharged workpiece. So, with two rounds of proper synchronized motion, the workpiece can be given different cross-sectional diameters along its axis.
