枣树愈伤组织培养所形成的不定芽(茎),在 M S(1/2 N O-3 )附加生长素的培养基上分化出了不定根。在三种生长素的应用中, I B A 效果最好,其次是 I A A, N A A 生根率低、且会脱分化形成大量愈伤组织。叶能促进不定根分化。光和细胞分裂素 B A 则会抑制不定根分化,但在不定根产生后,光的抑制作用则被解除。
Adventitious buds (stems) formed by callus induction of jujube were adventitious roots differentiated on media supplemented with M (1/2 N O-3) auxin. In the application of three auxins, I B A was the best, followed by I A A, which had a low rooting rate and dedifferentiated into a large number of callus. Leaves can promote adventitious root differentiation. Light and cytokinin B A inhibited adventitious root differentiation, but light inhibition was abolished after adventitious root formation.
