目的了解我院自2005年～2010年出生缺陷患儿的发生情况。方法按全国出生缺陷监测网要求,在2005年1月至2010年12月对我院出生的新生儿进行监测,针对不同产妇年龄、婴儿性别及出生缺陷病种进行分析。结果出生缺陷呈逐年升高,以颜面部畸形(以唇、腭裂,副耳为多)、四肢手足畸形、消化道畸形、心血管系统畸形为多,占一、二、三、四位。结论加强产前咨询和围生期保健,尽早发现异常,采取措施,降低出生缺陷儿的发生率,提高人口素质。
Objective To understand the incidence of birth defects in our hospital from 2005 to 2010. Methods According to the requirements of the National Birth Defective Monitoring Network, newborns born in our hospital were monitored from January 2005 to December 2010, and the different types of maternal age, infant gender and birth defects were analyzed. Results The incidence of birth defects increased year by year, with facial deformities (with lip, cleft palate, more ears), limb deformity, gastrointestinal malformations, cardiovascular malformations, accounting for one, two, three, four. Conclusions Strengthen prenatal counseling and perinatal care, detect anomalies as soon as possible, and take measures to reduce the incidence of birth defects and improve the quality of the population.
