关于高职工学结合教学有效性评价的研究与探索

工学结合教学有效性的影响因子较多,因而教学效果千差万别。目前,没有评价工学结合教学有效性的标准,各院校无法准确评定其工学结合教学的有效性等级,难以定量评估人才培养质量。作者通过多年的教学研究与实践,基于数控技术专业工学结合教学有效性的定量评价,为工学结合教学有效性的定量评价提供一种参考方法,供院校评价各专业的工学结合教学有效性参考。工学结合教学有效性的评价体系是一项系统性指标,主要包括校企合作有效性评价和人才培养过程有效性评价两部分。校企合作有效性评价是结果性评价,呈现为校外评价,培养过程有效性评价是过程性评价,体现为校内评价,因此,工学结合教学有效性评价是校内与校外评价的结合,也是过程评价与结果评价的结合,反映了高职教育的总体性评价。 The combination of work-study and teaching has more influence factors, so the teaching effects vary greatly. At present, there is no standard to evaluate the effectiveness of the combination of work and study, and the institutions can not accurately assess the level of effectiveness of the combination of work and study so that it is difficult to quantitatively evaluate the quality of personnel training. Through years of teaching research and practice, based on the quantitative evaluation of the teaching effectiveness of the combination of engineering and learning in CNC technology, the author provides a reference method for the quantitative evaluation of the teaching effectiveness with the combination of engineering and science, . The evaluation system of the combination of work and study and teaching effectiveness is a systematic indicator, which mainly includes two parts: the effectiveness evaluation of school-enterprise cooperation and the effectiveness evaluation of talent cultivation process. Evaluation of the effectiveness of school-enterprise cooperation is a result of evaluation, showing off-campus evaluation, training process effectiveness evaluation is a process of evaluation, reflected in the school evaluation, therefore, the combination of teaching effectiveness evaluation is a combination of school and external evaluation, but also process evaluation The combination of results and evaluation reflects the overall evaluation of higher vocational education.
