优秀企业文化对企业发展战略具有支撑和引领作用,是企业可持续发展的动力源泉。针对电网企业发展实际和当前面临的环境,本文提出了如何建设统一企业文化的措施以及在建设过程中需要处理好的关系,对国有大中型企业建设统一的企业文化具有一定借鉴意义。
Excellent corporate culture on the enterprise development strategy has the support and leading role in the sustainable development of enterprises power source. In view of the actual and current environment for the development of power grid enterprises, this paper puts forward some measures on how to build a unified enterprise culture and the relationships that need to be dealt with in the process of construction. It is of some reference to the construction of a unified corporate culture in large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises.
