哈尔滨市成人高校的英语教学通用教材为上海交通大学英语教研组主编的《英语》,共三册。第一、二册为语音、语法基础知识,第三册主要是理工科的阅读教材。几年来的教学实践,使我们感觉到,仅仅使用这套教材,已不适应当前英语教学的需要。为了更好地搞好英语教学,使学生在校学习期间能够较好地掌握英语语言的基础知识,运用所学的知识,利用参考工具书,阅读理解本专业的科技文章,我们先后已在三届学员中进行了英语教学改革的尝试,并收到了初步的效果。
