宝钢不锈钢公司150 t复吹转炉实施溅渣护炉工艺后,炉龄得到了大幅提升,但是底吹风口寿命不能与炉龄达到同步,使得炉役后期难以生产优质品种钢。针对上述情况,炼钢厂对底吹供气系统透气性进行了深入研究,在底吹供气系统设备改造上,进行了底吹管路单独控制的改造和底吹流量阀控制的改进;在底吹供气元件的维护上,进行了底吹供气参数和维护工艺的改进,使转炉炉龄达到了7 400炉以上,实现了复吹寿命与炉龄同步,并取得了可观的经济效益。

Blowing and gas supply components on the maintenance of the bottom blowing gas supply parameters and maintenance process improvements, the furnace furnace reached more than 7 400 furnaces to achieve the life of complex blowing and furnace life synchronization, and achieved considerable economic benefits.
