血小板激活因子(PAF)对心血管系统中的不同细胞有多方面作用,本文综述其在心血管系统的细胞和病理生理效应。一、PAF诱导的纤维蛋白溶酶原激活物释放 PAF在低浓度时即能促进组织纤溶酶原激活物(t-PA)的释放。1985年Emeis等报道,5nMPAF灌注大鼠后腿血管床可引起纤溶酶原激活物释放至灌流液中,这一过程需要细胞外钙离子参予。大鼠静脉给予PAF0.5μg/kg亦引起t-PA释放,并在1分钟时达高峰,表明这一效应并不是由于PAF降低t-PA抑制物水平的结果。由此可见,PAF不仅是过去认为的血小板聚集的最有效的刺激
Platelet-activating factor (PAF) has multiple roles in different cells of the cardiovascular system. This review summarizes its cellular and pathophysiological effects on the cardiovascular system. PAF-induced plasminogen activator release of PAF promotes tissue-derived plasminogen activator (t-PA) release at low concentrations. 1985 Emeis et al reported that 5nMPAF perfusion rat hindlimb vascular bed can cause plasminogen activator release into the perfusate, the process requires extracellular calcium ion participation. Rat intravenous administration of PAF 0.5 μg / kg also caused t-PA release and peaked at 1 minute, indicating that this effect was not the result of PAF lowering of t-PA inhibitor levels. Thus, PAF is not only the most effective stimulation of platelet aggregation in the past
