本文研制出一种新型的高效复配代汞缓蚀剂XD,通过浸泡产气实验、动电位扫描、交流阻抗测试等方法研究了锌在添加缓蚀剂的40%KOH溶液中的腐蚀行为。实验结果表明,XD减缓了锌在40%KOH溶液中的腐蚀且XD为阴极型代汞缓蚀剂。并用加有XD的40%KOH溶液组装成LR6型无汞碱性锌锰模拟电池,该电池在10Ω下的放电曲线与含汞电池基本一致。
In this paper, we developed a new type of high performance compounding mercury corrosion inhibitor XD. The corrosion behavior of zinc in 40% KOH solution with corrosion inhibitor was studied by immersion gas production test, potentiodynamic scanning and AC impedance test. The experimental results show that XD slows the corrosion of zinc in 40% KOH solution and XD is a cathodic mercury substitution inhibitor. And assembled with XD-containing 40% KOH solution LR6 mercury-free alkaline Zn-Mn analog battery, the discharge curve of the battery at 10Ω and mercury-containing batteries are basically the same.
