Objective: To investigate the value of CT angiography in the diagnosis of digestive diseases. Methods: Seldinger technique was used in 43 cases of femoral artery catheterization, 83 cases of gastrointestinal cancer patients underwent CT angiography. Results: Ultrasound, CT and other small ultrasound lesions or other small intrahepatic foci found by CT angiography were particularly sensitive to the diagnosis of early hepatocellular carcinoma. It showed that early intrahepatic metastases and qualitative diagnosis were superior to other imaging techniques. Conclusion: CT angiography of common gastrointestinal tumors can show the lesion blood flow, lesion range and the relationship with the adjacent organs.
