目的为了解东丽区无瑕街辖区妇女的常见病和多发病,针对实际情况做好相应的医疗服务,推进妇女保健工作。方法对该辖区2 0 1 4年度3 0~6 5岁已婚妇女免费妇女病普查结果进行回顾性分析。结果共检查3 0~6 5岁已婚女性4 7 0 9例,妇科疾病的总患病率为9 2.8%,其中前五位分别为:乳腺增生8 5.9%,慢性宫颈炎4 1.9%,子宫肌瘤1 2.8%,阴道炎6.6%,卵巢肿瘤4.3%。子宫颈癌1例,乳腺癌1例。结论该辖区妇女疾病患病率较高,其中患乳腺增生和慢性宫颈炎的情况较为严重,妇女病普查普治和提前预防是妇女保健的重要内容。普查可早发现子宫颈癌和乳腺癌,对提高生存率和术后生活质量有重要意义。加强门诊医护人员保健意识和对患者的宣教对妇女保健很有意义。
Objective To understand the common diseases and frequently-occurring morbidity of women in Flawless Street area in Dongli District, to provide corresponding medical services according to the actual situation and to promote women’s health care. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the results of the free women’s screening survey of married women aged 30 to 65 in the area in 2014. Results A total of 4790 married women aged 30 to 65 years were examined. The total prevalence of gynecological diseases was 9.28%. The top five were 8 59% for breast hyperplasia and 4 1.9% for chronic cervicitis, Uterine fibroids 1 2.8%, vaginitis 6.6%, ovarian cancer 4.3%. 1 case of cervical cancer, 1 case of breast cancer. Conclusion The prevalence of disease in women in this area is high, among which there is more serious cases of breast hyperplasia and chronic cervicitis. The general survey and prevention of women diseases are important contents of women’s health care. Census early detection of cervical cancer and breast cancer, to improve the survival rate and postoperative quality of life of great significance. It is of great significance to strengthen the health care awareness of outpatients and the missionary education of patients to the health of women.
