新余钢铁公司第一炼钢厂板坯连铸机轴承油气涡流集中润滑技术是在国内连铸机上首次应用。该系统全自动控制,能精确控制轴承所需润滑剂量,达到理想的润滑效果,解决了原干油润滑存在的润滑难题。该项目投资省,耗油量少,润滑性能可靠,年耗油量减少90％以上,年节省各种费用及所产生的经济效益超过157万元。该技术在高温、高速、高负荷、多点润滑的大型设备上推广,将具有较好的经济效益和社会效益。
