“同伴辅导法”也称“伙伴教学法”,在国内小学教法改革中,已被广泛应用于单式和复式教学。由于它充分运用了学生群体合作教学的效能,不仅充分调动了学生主体的主动性和积极性,使他们的思维和各种能力得到发展,而且改变了传统课堂教学信息传递的单向封闭模式,增强了信息反馈的时效性,十分有益于提高课堂教学质量,因而受到广大师生的青梾。“伙伴教学法”是60年代以来,在美国教育界悄悄试行着的一种教学方法。倡导者为艾里。其基本意思是开展学生之间有组织、有指导的互学互助活动,作为以教师为主导的课堂教学的一种补充活动和辅助手段。它有两种基本形式:一是以高年级学生指导低年级学生,叫“跨龄伙伴教学”;另一种是同一年级内优生对差生的指导,叫“同龄伙伴教学”。而通常采用的形式则是在同班相邻座次的同学之间,实施上、中、下三等四人混合编组,开展互助互学活动。
